The Ambassadors Program, consists of an influential group of young professionals who host and conduct tours with prospective
employees that you are considering hiring. CYP volunteers provide important peer perspectives about the community and region.
This influence gives a true, first-person endorsement about what it’s like to reside in Bartholomew County.
This in conjunction with the
Talent Attraction System leverages the one strategy that works best when attracting professionals which is to simply show the presence of other people like themselves thereby reinforcing the reputation of a city as a cool place to live.
When you are recruiting new employees to the community, be sure to use the CYP Ambassador team as a resource. You do a great job of selling your company, we will tell them about our community.
